Personality: Aizen comes off to people as a generally nice person with a love for the simple things in life. Soft-spoken, intelligent, kind, a person who can carry on a lovely conversation with a stranger. He even has the look of a 'nice guy'. He dresses very casually, prefers to keep his hair flouncy and long, wears black-rimmed glasses, and usually never stops smiling. He seems like the people-loving type. Hence his job at the school. Having to deal with people's angst every day would drive a normal man insane... But not Aizen. He takes the good with the bad and dishes out the best advice he can. Even if some of it is a little flawed.

Any person who seems too nice can always have something to hide.

Beneath his happy-go-luckyesque facade, Aizen has a taste for darker things. Away from other teachers and students, he is a different person. He still likes simple things, but he enjoys having them where he wants them, when he wants them. He has a more twisted inner-self that only shows its face when away from the public. This face is one of a man with a borderline sadistic thirst for power and respect. Often, this thirst will have on its heels a DEMAND for respect. He finds it hard to come by nowadays. For this reason, he has a bit of an inward dislike for modern youth.

In his spare time, he dabbles in the Dark Arts. A fixation that stems from when he was a child. He thinks that this will eventually lead to an opening in his quest for power. But flying under the school's radar isn't as easy as he thinks it is. But he has people for help.

Magical Companion: Hanako. Aizen's very sweet, very loving griffin. She has a motherly vibe about her that comes in the form of blue eyes, black fur, white feathers, and stands at the height of a Shire Draft horse; clocking in at 19 hands (190 cm, 76 in, or, if you want me to get real easy: 6'4''ish). As mentioned, she has feathers of pure white with a few black ones growing in, giving her a peppered look with black feline-esque hindquarters.

Aizen found her as an orphan right before he entered BFMI. Coincidentally, he was looking for a magical companion, and she sort of stuck. She gets her name not only because it sounds pleasing to the ears, but because of the circumstances that caused them to be together. 'Yamada Hanako' is a term used by the Japanese to signal a Jane Doe. Because she was an orphan, he had no knowledge of her life beforehand. Hence the name.

She is very loyal and has the maternal instinct of an eagle. She is a little over-protective and clumsy, but she is only showing affection the best way she can. She can be a bit of a practical joker, stealing things from peoples' pockets as they walk past her stall, and opening the latch to her door with her beak. Much like a horse would do when they want attention. When she is angered, Hanako shows it. Like the bird that makes up part of her genetic code, she can easily tear things to ribbons with her talons and beak along with stomping her prey to death. On the side, she is focused on the elements of air and lightning.

Magical Conductor

Basic

Aizen's conductor actually takes on the form of his ever-present glasses. He rarely ever takes them off--only to sleep-- and does so for a good reason. His conductor itself is, in a way, hidden in them. The glass itself is a special type that can be adjusted according to the owner's energy output.

Risen

As mentioned, the glass is a rare kind that can be adjusted through the owner's output of energy. When in the risen stage, it is very hard to tell that there was a change at all. The only real change is in the reflectivity. Working in tune with an outside spell or enchantment, the glass can reflect very faint images that can send people into a sort of hypnotized state that can range from sleep to a euphoria.

Divine

He has only ever had to use the Divine form a few times, because the Risen one usually takes care of things in the long run. When initiated, Aizen removes his glasses, casting them off to the side where the lenses appear to shatter. The shards scatter about and create something of a room of mirrors around himself and the opponent. The mirrors are of different sizes and shapes and are mainly used to confuse the victim while he either sits and watches, toys with said victim via the mind, or goes right in for the kill.
